Training Blues...

I don't have any. Things are just great these days... After a bit of an annoyance on Thursday, I took my jogging gear (from the FCBasel... a new feeling!) at lunchtime and did some really good hill training (75 minutes). Unfortunately, with the icy patches, I didn't do my ankles a favor and so I had a slight inflammation on my right ankle and lower calf muscle on Friday morning. Yesterday, I did weights (I am getting stronger!!!!- It doesn't seem to show, but it shows on the weight charts I am recording) and spinning, which hurt a little bit. Today, I bandaged it and rubbed on some Dul-x - seems to help. This morning, I did an early crunch session because I felt like I need to rest my body before my spinning marathon starts tomorrow at 10 p.m. Natalie and I will head to Bar Rouge afterwards... she seems to be more of a partyathlete than me, so I let myself be inspired. After hours of sitting on a bike, standing for a while will be just the thing! Swimming and weights are planned for Sunday, another spinning on Monday and passive sports on Tuesday- Basel plays again, and I miss seeing them ;-) Off to Athens on Wednesday morning. I still have to check out if there is a pool at the hotel.
