the hottest July...the coldest August?
It has been dreadful for two weeks now. Let's hope for better weather soon. Friday and Saturday, I rested. After a lot of thinking, I decided not to do the mountain road bike race since they had forecasted 0 degrees and snow - why do that for something that was fun, not part of the training plan? Instead, I spent my Saturday reading, eating, shopping, painting my garden furniture ;-9
Sunday, I went swimming with my wetsuit since the water temperature is now at 19 degrees, then weight training at the gym and interval training, marking the start to my Marathon preparation. 7 weeks to go.
