running...for my dear life?
I thought that losing the weight at the beginning of the marathon training would make the rest of the training easier... but losing the weight seems to be nearly impossible for me!
My program on Tuesday:
the usual cycle to work, then 1 hr weights at 3x10 @70% as usual, with a lot of leg balance work for inlining, followed by a 30' cross-training on the treadmill between 7km/hr and 15 km/hr with up to 15% incline. I was SOAKED afterwards.
Tried to keep low on the dinner, but now I am starving waiting for lunch! ;-)
