creative title missing

Monday was a tough day physically, so I rested.

Tuesday: 1h40' long jog avge 136 pulse, followed by 5x50m uphill sprint at 90% and 5x50m uphill sprint at 100%

Wednesday: I feel my ankles a little bit, but otherwise fine. Since I really enjoyed this workout and it is said to help a lot in terms of "Sprungkraft" and muscles, I will add it to my plan. I don't know what I will do today, probably swimming and running. It is busy these days as I am flying to Barcelona for the cardiology congress tomorrow.

Better weather! Yes!
