the sunny part of life
My training has been quite interesting over the last few days - not always full of motivation, but usually quite fine once I got my act together. Sometimes it turned out to be evening running because I managed to procrastinate to the EXTREME!
Wednesday - 45' tempo run
Thursday - 45' tempo run
Friday - 21km cycling commute
Saturday - painful 58' run: 5' warmup, 45' free run (Fahrtspiel), ending with a sprint (if you can call it that given my heavy legs!) and a cool down
Sunday - 90' with speed interval every 20'
Monday - 1km technical swimm, 21km cycling commute
Tuesday - 21km cycling commute plus 60' uphill biking, followed by a tremendous picknic on the Gempen with a view over Basel and the Vogesen
The skies are blue. So I will postpone today's weights training to tomorrow and go swimming and running today.
